What are industry standard rates for home staging?

I’ve been asked to stage a few homes for a builder/contractor. I have interior design experience through furniture sales companies so my compensation has always been commission on sales. The spaces are vacant and someone else has already ordered upholstery and case goods and supposedly lighting, accessories and rugs as well…. should I charge an hourly rate? per square foot? flat fee per home? should I include a materials allowance if there aren’t enough lamps or if they forgot bedding or a tablecloth or candles for the candlesticks?
